Start living the life you truly want. “One day you will be who you wish to be…. preparation for that day starts today.” Gratitude helps us to have improved mental health. Gratitude can shift focus from what we lack to what we have. It benefits mental well-being by reducing stress, improving mood and increasing happiness. It can create a more positive mindset and positive attitude.
Beyond mental health, gratitude can positively impact physical health.
Research suggests that practising gratitude can lead to better sleep, lower blood pressure, and strengthen the immune, when people experience positive emotions through gratitude it can have a direct effect on their physical well-being.

Like doing your daily tasks or routines it is also a daily ritual. Make your days healthier by feeling good. It is the simple habits (gratitude habits) to boost your mood every day.

1. START A DAY WITH GRATITUDE:
As soon as you wake up you start by visualizing what you are grateful for. It can be a simple joy of existence, the people around you, the opportunities you have. It acknowledges the positive aspects of your life. It sets a positive mindset or positive attitude for the rest of your day and focuses on abundance rather than scarcity.
2. GRATITUDE JOURNAL:
Regular recording of things you’re thankful for in a journal. It may be big or small. Each captures moments like gratitude, with experience, people or personal development. Expressing deeper appreciation for the positive aspects of your experiences.
Start with a simple 3 appreciation daily.
3. EXPRESSING GRATITUDE :
Take time to express gratitude to others. Thank people for their help and support. It can be friends, family and colleagues. By showing thoughtful actions or expressions that communicate care. It can be a simple heartfelt note or small gift, but this impact can be significant in strengthening a relationship and brightening someone’s day.
4. PRACTICE MINDFUL GRATITUDE:
Practising mindful gratitude involves being fully present and aware of the blessings and positive aspects of your life. We learn to see the abundance that surrounds us. It means intentionally focusing on our blessings, even if it is little things and appreciating them without judgment.
5. CHALLENGING MOMENTS:
Gratitude in challenging moments means recognizing the lessons, and growth opportunities that can emerge from difficult experiences. It means acknowledgement of tough situations there may still be things to be thankful for, like support from family, friends or loved ones.
6. CREATE RITUALS:
By creating rituals to incorporate gratitude into your daily routine. you will be aware of thoughts and emotions and you recognize the moments with gratitude. Can create thank-you gifts, and small appreciation gifts can motivate more to follow gratitude.
7. CELEBRATE PROGRESS:
Celebrate your achievements no matter how small it is. recognize and appreciate your achievements so that you cultivate a sense of gratitude for your journey. It is expressing gratitude for the effort taken, determination, support and work done. Celebrating progress reinforces a positive mindset, and positive attitude and motivates further action with satisfaction and fulfilment.
8. SHARING GRATITUDE:
Encourage others to cultivate gratitude in their life after seeing how your life has changed. Teach others and explain how gratitude works and how you believe in it. Explain the journey you faced in times of ups and downs.
Explain the path you come across with ups and downs, how you embrace your changes and explain how you heal.
9. COMPLETE YOUR DAY:
End your day with a big list of gratitude notes. Never miss to recognise even small things make you feel pleasant. It may be small blessings or big achievements. Making this a habit you can see the changes in your life.
